Menai Music has been sharing their passion for music with local students for over 15 years.

But unfortunately, their old website did little to capture the expertise of their teachers or the joy of the students.

This project started with customer survey to uncover what existing students loved about the school and why they kept coming back.

Two key themes rang out loud and clear — students loved the passion of their expert teachers and they all described their lessons as fun!

This gave us a clear direction for the website, highlighting the teachers’ depth of knowledge and their unique approach of tailoring the learning to each student.

This new direction, along with a brand new lead generation process, has given Menai Music a clear direction for growing the business. The best part is this strategy extends beyond the website and gives the whole business a renewed focus.
